The Comoros’ historic participation at IATF 2023: an exceptional showcase

Comoros made a remarkable presence at IATF, held in Egypt from November 9 to 15. Eight companies specializing in the cosmetics and food sectors took part in the event, thanks to the support of the APILE program. Under the joint leadership of UCCIA CAPEX and ANPI, the delegation brilliantly represented the diversity and strengths of Comorian companies on the African stage.

Companies were able to showcase their products, expand their professional network and explore potential business partnerships on the African market.

Organized annually by the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), in collaboration with the African Union and the ZLECAf Secretariat, this international trade fair attracts over 75 countries, welcomes 35,000 visitors, and brings together an average of 1,600 exhibitors.

The ongoing commitment of the APILE Program, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNIDO, undeniably contributed to the success of Comorian participation at IATF. A significant milestone in the promotion and influence of Comorian companies on a continental scale.
